What we’re about

Everyone knows a "Nice Guy." He's the great listener whose female friends call him a catch but doesn't have a date on Saturday night. He's the husband who tries to please his wife, but whose marriage is tanking. He's the reliable buddy who everyone turns to for favours, but his own life's in a shambles.

No More Mr Nice Guy is a book and plan of action for men written by Dr Robert Glover, a long-time psychotherapist holding a PhD in marriage and family therapy. The book is all about enabling men to achieve what they want in love and life.

This group has been running since 2010 and is for men who have read the book and identify with the "Nice Guy Syndrome".

It's a positive forum for motivated men to work through the book's breaking free activities, discuss their experiences and gain feedback.

We organise monthly participant-run workshops for members, as well as social activities for networking and fun. With the hope of building strong relationships with each other.

Important - This group is for men who are on the path of self-improvement. For this reason, it's a condition of attending our events that each participant has read the book.

You must also read and understand our ground rules, which you can read here.

If you have not read the book, No More Mr Nice Guy by Dr Robert Glover is available from major booksellers and online. The following link will take you to a site that compares prices for new books from major online retailers:
